Dr. Singson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines (1965) and obtained his M.D. degree at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery (1970).
After a year as staff physician at Gacula Clinic in the Philippines, Dr. Singson came to the United States. He completed his internship at Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley in Roanoke, Virginia (1972). Dr. Singson started his residency in general radiology at the VA Hospital in Manhattan, New York (1975) and then went on to complete the second and third years of his Radiology residency at Jewish Hospital and Medical
Center in Brooklyn, New York (1977). Dr. Singson has had academic and clinical appointments at many prestigious institutions in New York that included Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, St. Luke's Roosevelt Medical Center and NYU Medical Center. An acclaimed educator and highly regarded radiologist, Dr. Singson is widely published and has conducted numerous scientific exhibitions and presentations over the course of his career.
