Health Diagnostics was formed in May of 2007 with the goal of becoming a national provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services of the highest quality.  A unique combination of management experience and financial strength is quickly transforming Health Diagnostics’ vision into reality. The company has a three-pronged strategy for growth: acquisitions, start-ups and management agreements.  To date, the Heath Diagnostics network is comprised of 34 diagnostic imaging centers in four states - California, New York, New Jersey and Florida.

While headquartered in Melville, New York, the company also maintains offices in Manhattan, New York, and Alameda, California.

In an effort to provide the highest quality of patient care, Health Diagnostics is the first and only firm to adopt Market Modality™.  The service provides patients and referring physicians convenient access to a broad range of diagnostic imaging modalities within select geographic regions.  Market Modality™ provides easy and flexible scheduling, quick turnaround times, and continuity and depth of patient care.

Advanced Diagnostic Equipment
Our local and regional networks are strategically developed to provide patients and their treating physicians access to the most advanced medical imaging equipment, including 3.0 Tesla MRI, 1.5T MRI, 64-slice CT and the latest innovation in MRI imaging, the Stand-Up MRI.

Patient Access
Health Diagnostics seeks to make its equipment and services available to the largest possible patient base.  To that end, it is essential that its network of offices and radiologists become bonafied providers for the broadest possible spectrum of 3rd party payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Workers’ Compensation, and a host of commercial insurance carriers of all sizes. As this is a top priority, Health Diagnostics maintains a centralized Credentialing Department whose job it is to build and strengthen each and every local, regional, and national Health Diagnostics network.     

Radiology Services
Referring physicians naturally want quick and accurate results.  With the ever-increasing demand for diagnostic imaging services, successful providers must meet this challenge. Health Diagnostics achieves it with centralized radiology services (including teleradiology), giving referring physicians access to local or regional networks of the finest radiologists and sub-specialists, all of whom are committed to providing timely results.  If desired, referring physicians may have access to their patients’ results online.     

Patient Services 
Patients appreciate convenient scheduling, a smooth exchange of information between their insurance companies and their doctors’ offices, and the accurate management of their personal accounts. Health Diagnostics achieves this with the aid of centralized patient scheduling, billing and collections services.
